SENIOR MEN'S AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP
at San Bernardino Golf Club
April 20 & 21, 2015 / ENTRY FEE: $95.00
There will be three flights grouped by age: "50-60", "61-70" and "71 and over".
Prize distribution will be as follows:
"1st and 2nd overall gross"; "1st gross"; plus 1st, 2nd and 3rd net prizes
in each age group. All rounds will be played at San Bernardino Golf Club.
Tournament pay-oﬀ is based on 25% of the field.
Entry fee includes:
• Green fees for both days
• Awards ceremony with hors d' oeuvres
• One free practice round (may be played Monday thru Friday the week prior to the tournament).
Participants must be a resident of San Bernardino County or a member of a golf club
within the boundaries of San Bernardino County.
ENTRY DEADLINE IS MONDAY, APRIL 13, 2015
NO REFUNDS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR DISQUALIFIED PLAYERS.
