Only if you do not live in the neighborhood and are not an associate member. (One charge per family)

Meet responsibilities (3 sessions per family per summer)
Sign up for your three jobs. We cannot run our meets without parent help. It is your responsibility to sign up and show up or make
arrangements to cover your job at any meet if you are unable to do so. If you miss a session, your swimmer(s) will not be entered in
another meet until you have arranged to make up the assignment.

Waiver of Liability
The undersigned hereby gives permission for my child/children to participate in the Swim Club program sponsored by the Indian
Hills Community Association. It is understood that Indian Hills Swim Club is a nonprofit volunteer organization, which sponsors this
program as a community service and does not accept or assume responsibility for any expenses or damages resulting from injury to
participants or spectators which are sustained in conjunction with or incidental to an Indian Hills Swim Club sanctioned activity. In
consideration of my family being allowed to participate in the Swim Club’s activities, the undersigned HEREBY EXPRESSLY AGREES to
waive any and all claims against, and to hold harmless and exempt from any liability the Indian Hills Community Association, its
officers, directors, and agents and the Indian Hills Swim Club, its officer, directors, coaches or any other person affiliated with the
Indian Hills Swim Club for any and all injuries, losses, or damages sustained by me or any members of my family from whatever
causes while attending or participating in Indian Hills Swim Club activities, including but not limited to practices and swim meets.
