National Night Out Coordinators’ Meeting

It’s time again for National Night Out (NNO). All coordinators and those interested in becoming a
coordinator are invited to attend a planning meeting at City Hall on Thursday, May 28 at 6:30 p.m. We
will have a light dinner and door prizes.
I have enclosed a form for you to fill out and bring to the meeting. The form also shares this year’s
Project 365 information. Please make sure to list the start and end times and location for your event
(do not include your set-up or clean-up time), as well as any streets you must have closed. We will
present this information to the Sanford City Council for approval. Unfortunately, not all street closure
requests can be met.
If you cannot attend the meeting, please return the form as soon as you can. You may contact Kelly
Miller with any questions or to arrange to submit your form.
We are planning to have another outstanding National Night Out and to hold onto our title of best NC
city. We look forward to working with you again this year!

Please consider running a food item drive for non-perishables and/or school supplies at your event this year. Collected items will be

We will work with site coordinators on pickup and delivery of all donated items.
