ESTATE MANAGEMENT

 Weekly visual inspection of
all interior & exterior spaces
 Security check of all doors &
windows
 On-Call in case of any
property emergency
 Ensure security system is set
& working properly
 Arrange pest control services
 Turn on the heat or AC before
your arrival
 Coordinate & oversee interior
cleaning, pool services &
landscape maintenance
 Design & install vegetable
garden
 Inform owner of maintenance
& repair issues
 Coordinate multiple bids for
maintenance & repair work
 Check mail & receive
packages or deliveries
 Coordinate trash & recycling
pick up
 Check operation of appliances
& re-set clocks
 Check smoke alarm batteries
& light operation
 Store outside cushions
 Water indoor plants
 Errand services as needed
(including grocery shopping)
PRICING
Estate Management Services
$40/hour
There is a minimum one-hour
charge for all services. Fees are
then calculated by 15 minute
intervals after the first hour.
Mileage is charged at current IRS
reimbursement rate.

Packages
 Basic Service Membership:
$300/month includes 8 hours
of
Estate
Management
Services.
 Full Service Membership:
$600/month
includes
16
hours of Estate Management
Services.
