In April we did a class on the contract, but we weren’t able to get to the Addenda/Riders which also make up and become a part of the contract. So, in this class we’ll focus on the most frequently used FR/BAR Contract Addenda/Riders. Additionally there are several Contract Addenda/Riders that are less frequently used that we will review. You will have some “ah ha’s” about them and discover applications where you should be using them. So, if you think you know the Contract Addenda/Riders, come and see! We will not just be telling you what to fill in for each blank, but we will be explaining and reviewing the Contract Addenda/Riders, section by section. What are the ramifications of each section, and how do they affect you, the Buyer and Seller. How do you explain to your customer what they are signing if you don’t fully understand it yourself? This class will be very stimulating, and make you think. This is the class you can’t afford to miss!! Instructors… Julie Horstkamp, Attorney, Berlin Patten.
