Brief Description of Contest /
Programme
This Contest is held in conjunction with the movie “Fast & Furious 7” which is
available to be purchased via inter alia, the Organiser’s website at
www.astrofirstbest.com (“Movie”).
4.
Brief mechanism of Contest
Eligible Contestants are required to subscribe to the Movie at RM18.00 via
the Entry Procedure as stated in Clause 11 below during the Contest Period.
For the avoidance of doubt, subscription via any other Mode of entry will not
be eligible for this Contest and the Prize.
The Contestants must adhere to the mechanism of the Contest as notified or
communicated by the Organiser during the Contest Period.
5.
Eligibility Criteria
Subject to other criteria set out below, and in the Contest Standard Terms and
Conditions, the Contest is open to all Malaysians of the Age of Eligibility
below.
The relevant Astro account must not be subject to an existing subscription of
the Movie as at 02 April 2015.
6.
Ineligibility
Employees and scholars of Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad and its Group of
Companies, and their *immediate family members.
* “immediate family members” means spouse, children, parents, brothers and
sisters.
7.
Age of Eligibility
18 years of age and above as of 02 April 2015.
8.
Charges
Save and except that Contestants are required to subscribe to the Movie and
be charged a subscription fee as set out in Clause 4 above in order to be
eligible to participate in this Contest, the Organiser does not charge for
Contest entries submitted by the Contestants.
For the purpose of this Contest, a Contest entry is considered valid upon the
successful subscription and payment of the relevant Movie via the Entry
Procedure as stated in Clause 11 below during the Contest Period subject to
other criteria set out herein (“Entries”).
9.
Contest Period
The Contest will be held from 00:00hrs, 02 April 2015 to 23:59hrs, 14 April
2015.
The Organiser reserves the right to vary, postpone or re-schedule the Contest
Period or any dates thereof at its sole discretion.
10.
Language of Contest
The Contest will be organized by the Organiser in the English language.
11.
Entry Procedure
To participate, eligible Contestants are required to:

Log on to Organiser’s website at www.astrofirstbest.com;
Step 2 (for first time login only)
Sign up for an Astro ID account by clicking “Sign Up”;
Step 3
Log into the account, read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice
before subscribing to the Movie.
12.
Entry Deadline
Entries must be received by the Organiser on or before 23:59hrs, 14 April
2015.
Entries received before the commencement of the Contest Period and after
the stipulated Entry Deadline will be disqualified and ineligible for
consideration for Prizes.

Selection of Winners
The first one hundred (100) eligible Contestants who send in their Entry with
complete details during the Contest Period will be selected as the Winners.

One (1) pair of “Fast & Furious 7” Movie Tickets for two (2) persons;
and
One (1) “Fast & Furious” T-shirt
Note:
(1) Each of the Movie Tickets is valid for single use of any one (1)
entry at any TGV cinemas in Malaysia showing the Movie from the
date of receipt of the Movie Ticket until the completion of the
theatrical release of the Movie. All specific details in relation to the
Movie Tickets are subject to change which will be notified by the
Organiser.
(2) The Organiser reserves the sole right in determining the choice of
T-shirt (including the size thereof) that will be awarded to the Winners
and which is subject to availability. No requests and/or appeals for
changing the T-shirt shall be entertained.
17.
Notification of Winners
Winners will receive an email notification from the Organiser no later than 15
April 2015 and are then required to provide their full information including
his/her full address to the Organiser.
18.
Collection Period
Within two (2) weeks from the date of Notification of Winners by the
Organiser.
Prizes not collected within the stipulated period will be forfeited.
19.
Collection Venue
Prizes will be sent to the Winners at the address as provided by such
Winners.
Winners may be required to collect the Prizes in person at such location as
may be notified by the Organiser.
20.
Additional Terms, if any
a)
Eligible Contestants may submit multiple entries in the Contest. However,
each eligible Contestant is only entitled to one (1) Prize throughout the
Contest Period. Any subsequent Prize even if so announced shall be null
and void.
b)
The Organiser shall be entitled to request to sight the original Identity
Card or the originals of other supporting documents/materials for
verification purposes.
c)
The Organiser shall bear no responsibility for any loss and/or damage to
the Prizes delivered by post.
d)
The Winner shall be entitled to select any one (1) person to attend the
event (the “Accompanying Person”) so long as the Accompanying Person
does not fall within the Ineligibility criteria as set out in Clause 6 above.
e)
Admission to the venues mentioned in this document is subject to the
rules and regulations of the relevant venues.
f)
Winners and/or the Accompanying Person are responsible for all ancillary
and travel costs (including such costs in relation to accommodation,
travelling to and from any of the venues mentioned in this document and
meals) and no reimbursements whatsoever in relation thereto shall be
entertained by the Organiser.
g)
In the event the Contestant/Winner and/or the Accompanying Person is
unable to utilize the Movie Tickets that is obtained by virtue of
Contestant’s/Winner’s Winnings, the Organiser shall not reimburse the
Movie Tickets and/or any additional costs which the Contestant/Winner
and/or the Accompanying Person may have incurred in anticipation of
attending the event for cash and/or any other alternative form of
reimbursements.
h)
The Terms and Conditions herein shall be read together with the
provisions in the prevailing terms and conditions governing the Astro First
and Astro Best movie subscription in general i.e. Astro First and Astro
Best Terms and Conditions (“Advanced Booking Terms and Conditions”).
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Terms and
Conditions herein and those contained in the Advanced Booking Terms
and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions governing the Contest shall
prevail in so far as they apply to the Contest.
The Basic Terms and the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions (collectively “Terms and Conditions”) and the
Privacy Notice shall be binding on all participants who enter in this Contest (“Participants”). The definitions in the
Contest Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply unless otherwise expressly stated in the Basic Terms. In the
event of any inconsistency between the Basic Terms, Contest Standard Terms and Conditions and the Privacy
Notice, the Basic Terms and the Privacy Notice shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
Entry and participation in the Contest shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by the Participants of the Terms
and Conditions and the Privacy Notice.
