The co-operative is a group of brewers who collaborate each year at the
Food Festival to showcase the best of their beers. The bar is staffed by
knowledgable brewery staff.

Trap!’ This pale ale showcases
the single hop variety at its best,
giving this beer a complex blend
of floral, tropical, fruity and
earthy characteristics. One pint
is never enough, two pints and
you’re trapped!
A dark roasted traditional stout.
The initial flavour hints of cocoa
followed by delicate coffee and
molasses with a silky thick
mouth feel.

Exit 33 Brewing started life as
The Brew Company and have
been brewing in Sheffield since
2008. They brew i wide range of
beers with everything from uber
hoppy IPAs' to traditional
Northern bitters and luscious
stouts. They are known for their
hoppy pale ales and their
brewery tap is The Harlequin on
Nursery Street.
Blue Bee Brewery is owned by
Sheffield pub group Reet Ale
Pubs. They operate The
Rutland, The Three Tuns and
The Closed Shop and have a
core beer range as well as
brewing many exciting monthly
specials.

hops: Mosaic, Citra, Columbus,

Abbeydale Brewery was
established in 1996. Their main
brand is Moonshine, accounting
for 45% of the breweries output.
They also brew weekly specials
under the Dr Morton’s range and
have two pubs, The Rising Sun
in Nether Green, and The

of the former Crown brewery)

and also operate The Roebuck

Kelham Island Brewery was built
Kelham Island Brewery
in 1990 in the Beer Garden of
the Fat Cat in Alma Street and it
California Drinking 4.8%
was the first new independent
brewery in Sheffield in almost
Chilled out amber Californian
100 years. In 1999 they moved
common style beer with extra
to a new purpose built brewery sparkle and a smooth estery fruit
next door. The original brew
character
house was converted to a
visitors centre.
