unlawful or nuisance use. A deposit may apply and you’ll need to pass a credit check. Business customers must also supply proof of business registration.

ALL PAY MONTHLY PLANS: You’ll have to register as a business and pass our standard checks. You’ll also have to promise to stay with us for 30 days, 12, or
24 months. If you choose a SIM only plan, you’ll need a compatible mobile which may mean your phone needs unlocking. Your previous network provider may
charge you to do this.
MINUTES & TEXTS: Unless otherwise stated, all minutes and texts included in your price plan are from the UK to customers of UK mobile numbers or landlines
starting 01, 02 & 03 (excluding Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man).
DOUBLE SPEED 4GEE: Available in selected 4G areas only. See if you can get double 4G speeds at ee.co.uk/coverage. Double speeds based on EE test data 2013
(average speeds doubled from 12-15Mbps to 24-30Mbps) and doubling 4G network capacity from 2 x 10MHz to 2 x 20MHz. Speeds referred to are download
speeds. 4G speeds depend on location and number of users. Minimum device requirements apply. Up to 60Mbs: based on EE test data, 2013. Double speed 4GEE
is available on Sharer plans and corporate customers. If you’re a small business customer check your plan details to see if double speed 4GEE is included.
BUSINESS PAY MONTHLY PLANS (SMALL BUSINESS)
EE 4GEE PHONE PLANS: Your monthly payment is for using mobile internet on your phone (including your WiFi allowance) for checking voicemail and bundled
minutes and texts to UK numbers (described above). Unlimited usage is for normal person to person use in the UK and assumes each user doesn’t call or text
more than 300 different numbers in a month. If you do, then we will ask you to stop and may then subsequently disconnect the relevant SIM card if you don’t.
Data is for UK use only. A minimum call charge of 60 seconds applies to all calls that are not included in your bundled minutes. Calls and texts to numbers
starting 08, 070, 09 and 118 are not included in your bundled minutes. Calls to 08 number cost up to 40p/min, calls to 070 numbers cost up to £1/min and 09

ORANGE BUSINESS SOLO and SIM ONLY: Included minutes are for calls and texts to UK mobiles (excluding call-forwarding services) and to landlines starting
01, 02, or 03. Voicemail is inclusive with all plans. Inclusive data is for 2G and 3G services in the UK and does not provide access to EE’s 4G network. Once you
have used your inclusive allowances, calls to other Orange mobiles, texts, and calls to landlines will be charged at 10p/min, calls to mobiles on other networks
(including EE and T-Mobile) 30p/min and data at £5 for an additional 250MB up to a maximum of 2000MB and thereafter a flat fee of £20 will apply to all further
out of bundle data usage until your next bill date.
FAULTY REPLACEMENT SERVICE: Available on business plans that include a device from EE or Orange for 24 months from the date of purchase, and 6 months
from purchase for batteries. Excludes Apple devices that are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
EE POCKET LANDLINE: Available to EE and Orange business pay monthly customers. You’ll have to promise to keep this service for 12 months from the date you
activate it. You can have up to 10 landline numbers for each mobile connection. Each number will be charged separately. Calls received will be charged at your
standard rate. Not all existing landline numbers can be ported to the service and requests are subject to verification.
T-MOBILE MINUTES and TEXTS – ALL PLANS: Calls to 08 numbers cost up to 40.9p/min, 070 numbers cost up to 76.6p/min. See t-mobile.co.uk/helpadvice or
our brochures for more information. Unless otherwise stated, monthly payments are for minutes and texts from the UK to UK mobiles (excluding some MVNO
number ranges starting 07) and landlines starting 01/02/03 (excluding Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man). A 60 second minimum charge applies to all calls
not included in your allowance. Any unlimited allowances are for normal person-to-person use only. Unlimited data allowances do not allow using your phone as
a modem, or making internet phone calls. You can only use your SIM card in a mobile phone. If you don’t have unlimited data, you will be charged 50p for each
MB you use outside your allowance, up to a total of £1 each day (midnight to midnight).
T-MOBILE BUSINESS SIM ONLY: 30 day or 12 month minimum term. You can have up to 50 plans in total on your account. You’ll keep your 25% discount for as
long as you remain on your plan. If you cancel or move to a different plan, you’ll lose the discount.
LARGE BUSINESS CUSTOMERS (50 employees or more)
Core Business Plan: Minimum Connection Period: as stated in your Agreement with EE. Leaders under this Service Plan can add up to 1500 sharers per account
subject to payment of a monthly sharer fee per sharer. No minimum call charge applies. Core Business Plan minute bundles can only be attached to this Service
Plan. Each minute bundle may be added to an account up to 10 times but cannot be removed or changed during the Minimum Connection Period. Migrations to
a different Service Plan or different Service Plan level, re-signs or upgrades are not permitted during the Minimum Connection Period. Includes 3000 minutes
per User per month of calls between all sharers unless Service Plan with no calls between users is chosen. The ‘calls to EE & Orange mobiles’ and ‘calls to UK
landlines’ options each include 3000 minutes per User per month of relevant call types. Where the Data only option is selected, voice will be barred. Choice of
voice benefit cannot be changed during Minimum Connection Period. Any airtime discounts on bundles specified in your agreement apply only to the bundles
contracted in your Agreement. Any subsequent airtime bundles (voice, data, or SMS) added during the term of your Agreement (including bundles of the same
size as those contracted) will be charged at List Price. Discounts on plan charges set out in your Agreement do apply to any additional connections you add.
This service plan includes Answer Phone access from within the UK and itemised billing at no additional charge.
Unlimited 4GEE, Minutes & Texts: Minimum Term of 24 months, or as specified in your Agreement with EE. Calls and texts are from within the UK to UK mobile
numbers, and to UK landlines (described above). Out-of-bundle calls will be charged at EE’s standard rates. These plans cannot be added to a shared talk-plan,
and are for normal person to person use from your phone. We monitor use in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions and the terms in this Price
Guide. The terms state that you can’t use these plans to sell access to our network to anyone else. They are also not to be used for anything unlawful or to send
nuisance communications. At the moment, we‘ll decide that you’re breaking these terms if you text or call more than 300 different numbers in a month.
Mobile Broadband: Minimum term & monthly data cap applies.
BROADBAND FOR LARGE BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
Business Broadband is only available if you are subscribed to an EE 24 month mobile phone plan. Customers with a 12 month phone plan must purchase
consumer grade fixed broadband. Connection to our ADSL and Fibre Broadband plans is subject to: (i) availability at the address(es) you wish to have connected;
and (ii) our Home Network Terms available at ee.co.uk/businessterms We will advise you whether our broadband products are available at your address at the
time of order, or when you notify us that you are moving house. If you are an Indirect customer you must also complete a Statement of Requirements form
before we will be able to provide you with fixed broadband. Our Business Broadband service requires a BT compatible landline, which must be purchased and
installed by a suitable provider before we will be able to provide you with ADSL or Fibre Broadband. We are not able to provide your landline. Landlines that are
not on BT’s network (for example, TalkTalk and Sky) cannot be supported.
Fibre Broadband requires an engineer to visit your property to connect you to the Fibre network. If you need to change your installation appointment for any
reason, you must give us 72 hours notice. If you do not notify EE, and you are not available when the installer attends you may be charged the full installation fee
and will need to book a new appointment. EE can change the scheduled installation time, but will contact you to agree a new date and time if this is necessary.
BROADBAND FOR SMALL BUSINESS
ALL BROADBAND PLANS: Subject to credit check. Plans available to consumers and small business customers using internet services at one residential or
business address.
You’ll need a compatible line and pay £14.75 EE line rental a month. Refundable deposit of £15 payable in store. The deposit will be credited back on your first
monthly bill. Prices available to customers living in an EE broadband network area (85% of UK homes). If you don’t live in an EE network area, you’ll pay an
extra £10 per month. BT Wi-Fi on your mobile phone is excluded. A £6 postage and packaging charge will be applied to your account. Data use is subject to any
allowance as set out in your plan. If you exceed that allowance twice in a 6 month period, we’ll automatically move you to a higher priced plan with unlimited
data for the remainder of your minimum term. You’ll need a wireless enabled computer or adapter to be able to connect to our wireless router.
You’ll get an inclusive landline calls package when you join a Fibre or Standard broadband plan. Choose from Weekend Calls or Anytime + Mobile Calls. Weekend
calls are to UK landlines starting 01, 02, 03, 0845 and 0870 from your landline between 00.00 on Friday and 00.00 on Sunday. Inclusive Anytime+Mobile calls
are to UK landlines starting 01, 02, 03, 0845 and 0870 from your landline at anytime. You’ll also get international calls from your landline to landlines in 31
international destinations. Ask us or visit ee.co.uk for a full list. A 1000 minute monthly fair use policy applies. If you go over that amount we reserve the right to
monitor your usage and/or suspend or terminate your service. Mobile calls are to UK mobile networks at any time from your landline are also included on this call
package, subject to a 1000 minute cap.
You can make inclusive calls for up to one hour, redial as often as you like. Once your inclusive allowance is used up a 13.5p connection charge will apply,
excluding free phone calls. All calls are rounded up to the nearest minute and you’ll be charged a maximum of 12.7p/min for calls to UK mobiles. Calls to UK
landlines will be charged at a maximum of 7.9p/min and calls to international landlines and mobiles will be charged at a maximum of £1.10/min. Calls to call
forwarding services (including those beginning 07), 05, 08 and 09 numbers are not included. Calls to 070 numbers cost up to 65p per call plus up to 65p/min.
08 numbers cost up to 12.5p per call plus up to £1.45/min. 09 numbers cost up to £2.95 per call plus £2.69/min. On all Broadband plans with inclusive calls, some
telephone numbers starting with 08 will cost between 0 and 154p p/min, and calls to 09 numbers cost up to £1.83 p/min. It can take up to 20 days to get you set
up with your plan, including your telephone line.
STANDARD PLANS: 12 month plan. If you don’t live in an EE Standard Network area, a £30 connection charge applies.
FIBRE PLANS: 18 month plan. £50 connection fee applies.
Pay line rental up front: Pay line rental 12 months in advance by debit or credit card with a non-refundable payment of £132, the equivalent of £11 p/month.
Payment must be made in one lump sum and cannot be paid in installments. Each month you will receive a monthly line rental credit on your account. If your
minimum term is 18 months, you can pay line rental in advance for the first 12 months, and pay £14.75 each month for the remaining 6 months. Please note, line
rental costs paid in advance are not refundable should you wish to change service providers during the 12 month period.
McAfee: McAfee Multi Access with Family Protection, go to Your Account and follow the online instructions. Compatible PC required. Your subscription will
automatically carry on after the first year and will cost £45 for the entire second year. Call, email or chat with McAfee to cancel your subscription.
SOLUTION TERMS
