Winter 2015
WELCOME WESTERN VALLEY FCU MEMBERS!
CONVERSION WEEKEND: JANUARY 30 - FEBRUARY 2, 2015
The finalization of the merger of Western Valley Federal Credit Union into California Community Credit Union is nearing
completion. We are looking forward to providing you with a wide array of loan products, deposit products, and technology
solutions in addition to providing you access to all five (5) full-service branches!
Beginning at 3:00 PM on January 30, 2015 and continuing throughout the weekend, all Western Valley FCU account information
will be merged into the California Community data processing system.
We recently sent you correspondence with important detailed information about what to expect once the conversion of data has
been completed, along with our Important Account Information brochure, our Rates and Fee Schedule, and our Privacy Policy. If
you have not received your mailing, please telephone any branch office to request a copy.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE HIGHLIGHTS OF WHAT TO EXPECT:

Account Numbers: Your account number (and MICR number for those members with checking accounts) will remain the
same. The Routing & Transit Number for California Community Credit Union is 321175643. While the Federal Reserve will
allow us to use the Western Valley FCU Routing & Transit number for a short period of time following the February 2, 2015
data conversion date (not to exceed six (6) months), you will want to contact your employer to provide the new Routing &
Transit Number for your direct deposit or payroll deduction, and provide it to those creditors you pay via electronic means,
as soon as possible after the February 2 completion date.

VISA® Debit Card: Those members with a Western Valley FCU MasterCard® Debit Card will be issued a California Community
Credit Union VISA® Debit Card in advance of the February 2, 2015, date. Please note that you will activate and begin to use
your NEW VISA® Debit Card on February 2, 2015. With your new VISA® Debit Card, you will have surcharge-free access to
over 30,000 CO-OP Network ATM machines located throughout the nation.

Online Banking / Bill Payer: Beginning February 2, 2015, you will able to access your account online through California
Community’s website – www.caccu.org. Since the previous online banking and bill pay information WILL NOT be converted,
please ensure that you download and save or print any needed statements or account histories prior to January 30, 2015.
For those members using the WVFCU Bill Payer, you will be contacted directly by an administrator of California Community
CU’s Bill Pay Program to assist you in setting up your information in the California Community CU Bill Payer program.
SUMMARY:
 Friday, January 30, 2015, 3:00 PM: LAST date/time to use your WVFCU MasterCard® Debit Card or ATM Card.
LAST date/time you will be able to access your account online through the WVFCU Website. NO access to account until
Monday, February 2, 2015.
 February 2, 2015, 9:30 AM: FIRST date/time you will begin to use your NEW California Community Credit Union VISA® Debit
Card or ATM Card, have access to our five branches, and access your account online or through the Telephone Teller (PET).
PLEASE PLAN IN ADVANCE:
Beginning at 3:00 PM Friday, January 30, 2015 until 9:30 AM Monday, February 2, 2015, you WILL NOT have access to your
account. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE SUFFICIENT CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS TO COVER YOUR PURCHASE NEEDS
