INVITATION AND AIM
Monday 28th September 2015
The University of Florence (Italy), the International
Association of Hydraulic Engineering and Research (IAHR),
the Coasts, Oceans, Ports and Rivers Institute (COPRI) and
the University of Salento (Italy) have the pleasure of inviting
all engineers, physicists, mathematicians, geologists,
oceanographers and all others who have an interest in
coastal engineering to attend the 7th SCACR short
course/conference.
The characteristic of the 7th SCACR is to provide all
participants with information on the latest developments
from scientific and engineering perspectives in coastal and
port engineering.
Five lectures will be held by specialists in coastal
engineering and research. Technical papers will be
presented during the different sessions.
The proceedings of the 7th SCACR will be sponsored by
IAHR and COPRI.

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
CONFERENCE TOPICS:
The 7th SCACR would be pleased to receive abstracts
to the following topics:
Authors are invited to submit a two-page abstract dealing
with the conference topics and upload it on the
conference website not later than 31st March 2015. The
required format for the abstract is available on the
conference website. The international scientific committee
will decide which abstracts are suitable for inclusion in the
conference. Notification of acceptance will be sent by 15th
April 2015. The deadline for the final papers is 31st July
2015. All accepted and presented papers will be
published in the SCACR2015 Proceedings sponsored by
IAHR and COPRI.
