Purpose and Goals Purpose: COPIC is dedicated to empowering our insureds and their staff with proactive and meaningful information regarding patient safety and risk management through professional education and workshops. Our Goals: Discuss current issues and trends in medical liability that facilitates proactive interventions. Provide evidence-based best practices based on state and national trends. Provide educational information and tools that improve patient safety and mitigate risk in the office setting.
