Lower Quarter
Expert clinicians understand that freedom of movement is the key to pain free and maximal function.
Therapists must be able to efficiently assess and treat individuals in various phases of lower quarter
dysfunction in order to improve functional outcomes. This workshop engages multi-disciplinary
practitioners with proven manual therapy, neuromuscular and myofascial techniques and justifies their use
in the treatment of the lower quarter.
This workshop integrates all aspects of treatment to provide a start to finish approach for patient/clients in
all phases of rehab with special focus on targeted application of neuromuscular control exercises ensures
whole body functional gains. Progressing from an efficient evaluation method, participants will learn a
wide variety of myofascial mobilization, neuro re-education, and strength training techniques providing a
complete; start to finish approach for patients in all phases of rehabilitation.
About Your Program Instructor
Paul Frizelle PT, DPT, OCS, MTC, MS, CSCS, PES, CES is an outpatient physical therapy clinic director.
His clinic uses an evidence-based evaluation format when assessing patient condition and carries a full
caseload which includes orthopedic, sports, neurologic and pediatric patient populations. Dr. Frizelle
has an advanced clinical skill set that focuses on orthopedics, sports injuries, hip disorders, sacroiliac
joint dysfunction, and peripheral joint problems. Dr. Frizelle has background working in the acute rehab
setting with patients who have neurologic, orthopedic and cardiopulmonary dysfunction. He obtained his
undergraduate degree in sports management from the University of Tampa, and holds a Master’s Degree
in Human Movement from AT Still University. Dr. Frizelle received his doctorate in physical therapy from the
University of St. Augustine, is a board certified specialist in orthopedics, and is certified in Manual Physical
Therapy from the University of St Augustine.

SATISFACTORY COMPLETION
