Week 5 Term 2 – 21 May 2015 STAFF CHANGES Unfortunately, Julie Wright (Year 2/3W’s teacher) has taken 3 weeks leave for family reasons. We are very fortunate to have Mrs Henna, a lovely new teacher to our area who will teach the 2/3s for 2 weeks, following by Mrs Martin before Mrs Wright returns, hopefully on the 15th of June. Also, Mr Mottershead (2MM) will be on long service leave for Term 3 with Mr Rann here for this time. NRL DEVELOPMENT DAY Yesterday I had the pleasure of watching our students play in the NRL Development Cup at Albert Park. The players had a great day and their coach Mr Bakhash was very proud of their efforts. We were a much smaller side than many of the other schools, who have multiple classes of Year 6s to choose from, but the team were great sports and tried their best. Congratulations to Dylan (Year 6) who was named Best and Fairest for Chatsworth. It was also great to see some girls from our school getting involved with the boys. Kayla (Year 6) was even our top try scorer with 3 tries for the day! SCHOOL PHOTOS A big reminder that SCHOOL PHOTOS ARE TOMORROW!
