Week 9 Term 1 – 25 March 2015 CROSS COUNTRY In this week’s newsletter you will find an insert which explains the program for our cross country day. This will be held on Friday 24 April, which is the first Friday back after the Easter break. Parents are more than welcome to come and cheer their children and house team on. STAFFING – YEAR 6 Unfortunately, Mrs Camillo will not be with us for the rest of this Term. Mr Stuart Rann will take her place until the holidays. Mr Rann is well known to our school and has worked with our children many times before, so there will be very little disruption to the usual learning routines of this classroom. EASTER BREAK As this will be the last newsletter before we break for the holidays, I would like to wish all families a happy and safe Easter holiday period. For those nearby to our school, please keep an eye out for anything unusual whilst the school is unattended. The SchoolWatch number is 13 17 88 if you have any concerns. ANZAC DAY Our schools ANZAC Day parade will be held on Thursday 23 April during the first week back of Term 2. Parents and community members are all welcome. Please refer to the P&C section of this newsletter for more details. MESSAGE FROM THE OFFICE Statements have been sent home this week as a reminder for those parents who haven’t paid for their students fees as yet, we would appreciate it if you could finalise these accounts as soon as you can. Also, if you have received a Student Resource Scheme form attached to your invoice, could you please fill this out and return it to the office at your earliest convenience, as we require these forms to be completed and retained at school as an audit requirement.
