IUPUI CONTINUING STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS
IUPUI administers over $200 million in financial aid and
scholarships every year to thousands of IUPUI students
to aid them in paying for their education. Scholarships,
awarded to students through many different programs
at IUPUI, are usually awarded based on academic
performance and potential for future performance.
Some programs also look at leadership, extracurricular
involvement and community service. Some also
require financial need. See Scholarship Central at
www.iupui.edu/~scentral/ for more information
on other IUPUI scholarships not listed here.
Transfer Students: Scholarships listed in this
application in red are available to transfer students. Most
of these scholarships are for students who have NOT
yet attended IUPUI and plan to do so in the upcoming
academic year. If you are a current IUPUI student who
previously transferred, you are not eligible for transfer
scholarships unless they are also available to continuing
IUPUI students. Please thoroughly read the description
under the scholarships identified as transfer scholarships
for more detailed information and criteria.

if you are a transfer student, you

observe the general rules of English. It is also
recommended that you put your name on each page
of the essay. Cover pages, plastic

necessary and will be removed
when we process them.
Because faculty read the essays

to understand you better and
gauge your abilities, essays
are like interviews, so dress accordingly! Originality is
encouraged, but observance of grammar rules is
even more important.
