Payment Plan Instructions – Spring 2015

A payment plan is available for our Professional Pharmacy Technician Training (CES 8474). Depending on
the date you register, your down payment will range from 20-50% with additional payments due the 5th
day of each subsequent month(s) – see page 2 for reference. It is important to know that there are fees
associated with the payment plan option; a non-refundable $30 enrollment fee in addition to
convenience fees if paying by credit card or debit card. We highly recommend using a checking or
savings account to avoid these additional convenience fees. You must use online registration (Express
Registration) in order to take advantage of the payment plan - no in-person or mail-in registration will be
allowed. NOTE: A student number is required to use Express Registration - if you do not already have a
student number, please contact the CEPD Office at (734) 462-4448 or email: [email protected].

Go to http://WebAdvisor.schoolcraft.edu
Click on “Students”
Log in with User ID (first letter of your first name followed by student ID#) and Password
Select “Register for Sections” under the “Registration” bar (right side of screen)
Select “Express registration”
Enter the section number (Section # 927515) and Term (Spring 2015) and click Submit
Select “Register” on the drop-down menu (under Action) and click Submit
On the “Registration Results” page, click on “Pay Balance” (towards top of page)
Under “Payment Options” click on the 2nd arrow/button under the “To pay by payment plan…”
This now takes you out of the Schoolcraft website and into NELNET
Enter your User ID without initial (just numbers) and Password (read/follow log in instructions
carefully). Password is ALWAYS birthday (xx/xx/xx) – do not copy/paste in these boxes,
information must be typed in.
Click on “Calculate Tuition”
Click on the e-Cashier logo to be redirected to NELNET Business Solutions e-Cashier
Click “Proceed”
Enter all required contact/password information, then click “Proceed”
Select the appropriate box under “Deadline to enroll on e-Cashier” then click “Proceed”
Select “Your Payment Method” then click “Proceed” and click “Proceed” again
Enter requested Payment Information (i.e. credit card number – must be MasterCard, Discover
or American Express - VISA does not participate) and click “Proceed”
Review entire plan for accuracy, then scroll to bottom of page, accept the terms and conditions,
then click “Submit and Activate”
Print a copy for your records
