Our biggest success so far has been ‘discovering’ Gareth Edwards (GODZILLA). Shortlisted films are featured on our partner’s websites and all films go on YouTube and watchscifi.com. At the challenge briefing and award ceremony, sponsors can hand out goody bags, teeshirts etc. The rules of the challenge are simple: 1. Participant’s team registers online 2. Teams assemble for briefing where each team is given: • A title • A line of dialogue • A prop or action list 3. The teams make a film in 48 hours! We also give them an optional ‘science theme’ – to help the creative juices flow. These science themes are selected from a competition run for NEW SCIENTIST magazine’s 1.8million Twitter followers. our partners We regularly team up with an amazing group of organisations to deliver quality events looking at ‘science fact’.
