Circuit Breaker Rating
Example for 10 Blade 19 mm panels:
10 (Panels) x 55.4 (Watts per Panel) + 100 = 654 Watts.
If connecting to 110 VAC: Divide the max wattage by the lowest AC Voltage on a 110 VAC line which is typically 90 VAC:
654 Watts ÷ 90 VAC (Controller Watts) x 2 (Factor) = 14.53 Amps (Circuit Breaker Rating)*
If connecting to 220 VAC: Divide the max wattage by the lowest AC Voltage on a 220 VAC line which is typically 180 VAC:
654 Watts ÷ 180 VAC (Controller Watts) x 2 (Factor) = 7.27 Amps (Circuit Breaker Rating)*
