WHY SHOULD YOU ATTEND THIS SEMINAR?
This year’s Family Law CLE that will provide
information for all levels of family law attorneys.
A representative from DHEC will discuss the
proper protocols for amending birth certificates
and changing names and break down common
misconceptions lawyers have about the process.

Kirby Mitchell will discuss how docket reform is
impacting clients. You will hear how the changes to
the docket management system are playing out in
the real world of family court.
Sabrina Todd, from the Office of Disciplinary Counsel,
will provide a timely and informative presentation
about avoiding ethical dilemmas when using
technology.
Training
The CLE will also feature presentations from Allie
Bullard on adoption; Rita Roache on custody, and
Shawn Reeves on mediation.

*Please note that participating private attorneys,
excluding presenters, will be required to accept a pro
bono case from the SC Bar Pro Bono Program within
the 12 month following this CLE. Any attorney, who
is contracted to accept a case and fails to fulfill his
obligation, will be charged the balance owed for the
price of a SC Bar CLE on their dues statement.
