credit or refund. We rely on your

decision. We will warranty any of our
products that you determine does not

No Restocking Fee*
If it’s just one insert that you need, no
problem! No order is too small and
with full and half shoe sizes all the way
up to a men’s size 15XXW no order is
too big either!! Single shoe orders are
available at 75% of the regular pair
price. A mismate pair is 150% of the
regular price. There are no minimum
order requirements.
Return or exchange any product in its
original condition within 90 days of
purchase. No RA required. Simply send
returns marked ‘Returns Dept.’ with a
note on the packing slip for the reason
for return. Where a re-box is necessary
there is a $5.00 fee.

unless an expedited service request
is specified. We bill at UPS published
rates. There are no handling fees. No
boxing fees. If you have your own UPS
account we are happy to ship your
orders accordingly. Other carriers are
available upon request but we cannot
guarantee same day shipping.
