The logbook will document hazards observed and how they were addressed. Remember hazards can emerge from everyday situations – they do no need to be big catastrophes! Part Three: Report Write a report (500 – 700 words) addressing the following sections: You can write your report below or on a separate piece of paper. If you write it on a separate piece of paper make sure that you keep it with your unit worksheet. Section 1: For this section visit the Safe Work Australia website and write a report about the National strategy for OH&S in the workplace as set out by Safe Work Australia (SWA). You will find the National OHS Strategy 2002 – 2012 in the About Safe Work Australia Tab on the website. Answer the following questions: 1. What is the mission of SWA? 2. What is the risk associated with the lack of First Aid kits? How will you control the risk? 2. How many First Aid kits do you think are required at an all-ages music event?
