DL1961 KENT CHINO
The Kent Chino is a casual straight leg pant that will
become your client’s favorite pant for the office and
the weekends. In true DL1961 fashion, the Kent
Chino is made with a revolutionary fabric called
XTWILL. This fabric combines Lycra and American
Cotton in a specialized construction and weaving
process to create a breathable and flexible twill that
can be worn all year long.
The term “chino” refers to a casual cotton pant
originally dyed in a khaki color to be used for military
uniforms in WWI. This type of cotton was the only
fabric that could withstand harsh military use. These
days, chinos have become a staple in a man’s
wardrobe. Chinos can be worn to the office for a
business casual look, or on the weekends with his
favorite crewneck tee.
FIT
The Kent Chino has a traditional straight leg fit,
comfortable through the waist with a straight fit from
the hip down to the bottom opening. Features include
side slash front pockets and rear welt pockets. The Kent
Chino is comparable to the DL Vince fit denim and our
Classic Fit 5-Pockets. We suggest sizing down 1 to 2
inches from your client’s J.Hilburn trouser waist
depending on his fit preference.
