“Healthy Cooking” with Cindy Barbieri! Join in on the
fun and learn how to “rock” in the kitchen! Cindy will
show you important cooking techniques on “Once
Meals All Week” – You’ll learn how to shop, prepare, and cook through her
engaging demonstration. She is a featured presenter and well-known author, and
has demonstrated her expertise on the Dr. Oz show, Mass Appeal, Max Fish (“No
Kid Hungry” benefit), and WFSB morning show! She has also been featured on
the NBC CT morning weekend show sharing her favorite recipes for “Cooking in a
Jar” and Better Connecticut cooking up Quinoa and Amaranth Recipes! At the
