Hundreds of horses die in Scotland every year from Grass Sickness. Currently, there is no
prevention and no cure.
The Equine Grass Sickness Fund is the only registered charity in the world raising funds specifically
for research into grass sickness.
This show is dedicated to raising money for the fund in memory of Sykes, a Clydesdale who died of
grass sickness in 2009 aged 4 years.
Please help us to raise money by sponsoring a class at the show – its only £10 per class and you
will get your name next to the class in the catalogue and an advert in the catalogue if you wish.
You can sponsor a class in memory of a horse lost to Grass Sickness, or in the name of a Grass
Sickness survivor if you wish.
