Only manufacturers, their representatives, or master distributors who sell to distributors qualify as exhibitors. 2. The Cleaning Expo Committee must approve each company applying to exhibit. 3. A reservation form and payment in full must be received by April 10, 2015 in order to be included in the trade show. 4. Fees for 10' x 10' Exhibit Booths are: 1st Booth 1st Booth Non SCSSA Member 2nd Booth Additional Booths 5. No exhibitor will be permitted to assign or sublet any space, nor exhibit any product other than those represented by them in their normal course of business, nor have more than three manufacturers represented per booth. 6. All booths must be staffed by an attendant and maintained while the show is in progress. 7. All attendants of booths must be employees or representatives of the exhibitors. 8. The SCSSA Cleaning Expo Committee reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan and relocate any exhibit deemed in the best interest of the exhibition. 9. At no time may any person solicit business except while in his or her own booth. Violation of this will cause immediate expulsion from the exhibition hall by the Cleaning Expo Committee. 10. All booths must be set up by 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2015. If you need later set-up, please contact Chris Bonnaud (714) 724-8079. 11. All rules and regulations must be adhered to. Exhibitors found in violation of these rules may be asked by the Products and Services Fair Committee to leave the show.
