“It’s our 30th Annual Ice Cream Social!” 2015 BERRYVILLE ICE CREAM SOCIAL & CRAFT FAIR DATES: FRIDAY, JUNE 12 AND SATURDAY, JUNE 13, 2015 10:00 A.M. TO 5:00 P.M. (or later on Friday evening if entertainment) WE’RE CELEBRATING 30 YEARS OF SUCCESS AT THE ICE CREAM SOCIAL AND WE HOPE YOU CAN JOIN US IN A FUN AND PROFITABLE WEEKEND. Again, this year we are spreading all around to make room for you and the wonderful things you bring to our area. We are looking forward to some new competitions as well as our Kiwanis Fishing Derby for the little folks and the 5K Run/Walk. As you may know, Hwy 62 heading to Eureka Springs and Branson runs through the center of our Berryville Public Square. Come and spend Friday and Saturday with us! For more information, please call Chris Claybaker, 870-423-3704 or email [email protected] __________________________________________________________________________________________________ ALL EXHIBITORS MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:        All food must be wrapped, bagged, or sold in clear containers, except for those items made on the spot for immediate consumption (for example, hamburgers or funnel cakes) Booth size is 10x12 feet and rents for: Non-Profit/Charity/Church $35.00, Chamber Member, $50.00, Regular Vendor $75.00, and Food Vendors w/trailers (needing utilities) $125.00. No commission will be collected; however, each exhibitor is responsible for the collection and reporting of all sales tax. Booth fees are to be sent in with the application and must be received no later than June 5th, 2015. Exhibitors will be assigned a booth spot and will be on a first come, first served basis. Exhibitors must supply their own tables, chairs, racks, canopies, etc. All display areas must be kept neat and clean. Tables must be draped if items are stored underneath. Please take and remove any trash and dispose of properly. All exhibits must be set up and automobiles removed by 9:30 AM, Friday June 12th and taken down by 10 AM Sunday June 14th, but no earlier than 5:00 PM Saturday evening. There may be nightly events. Any exhibitor who is not set up by 10:00 AM Friday, June 12th will forfeit their booth and fee unless agreement is made beforehand. All vendors and exhibitors are responsible for their booths. Booths must be attended at all times during the event. Security will be provided as a courtesy on Friday night for exhibitors who would like to leave their booths set up.
