Our system will identify the country from which you are shopping and automatically display the website with pricing in your local currency. I live in Mexico; when can I begin purchasing products? Starting May 5, 2015, at 12:01 a.m. PT, customers in Mexico can begin purchasing Younique products! I live in Mexico; can I host a Virtual Party? Yes! And please do. Younique’s prelaunch into Mexico is a way to introduce our products, mission, and social media driven strategy to a new population while we are completing the lengthy operational requirements for Presenter enrollment and full business activity in Mexico. For existing Presenters, the Mexico prelaunch is an opportunity to build prospective teams, sell product, host Virtual Parties, and sponsor party Hostesses in one of the world’s best direct sales markets. Customers from Mexico can shop Younique Products in Mexican pesos. A Spanish language catalog and website with pricing in Mexican pesos are available. Will orders placed by customers in Mexico be taxed? Currently, orders placed by customers in Mexico are not taxed. Mexico pricing includes an international processing fee (much like UK pricing does) that is the equivalent to the Value Added Tax (VAT). Is there a limit in Mexico to how large a single order can be? Yes, orders cannot exceed $3000 MXN. After the official launch into Mexico (when customers in Mexico can join as Presenters), this restriction will be adjusted. Anticipated shipping times are 14 calendar days. Shipping from the US into Mexico has challenges, including longer shipping times than US consumers are used to. However, consumers in Mexico generally understand that international shipments take up to two weeks and can, at times, be held in customs at random. We have partnered with Estafeta, a logistics and shipping partner, to provide the most reliable shipping solution to avoid customs delays and lost packages. If you or your customers do not receive an order in 21 calendar days, contact customer support and a new order will be mailed at no charge to you. Also, if your tracking number shows the package is held in customs for greater than four days, please contact customer support and a new order will also be mailed at no charge to you. Once Younique officially launches into Mexico and customers can join as Younique Presenters later this year, we will have an in-country shipping solution from a distribution center in Mexico. Because these shipments will be coming from a distribution center in Mexico, customs holds will be eliminated and shipping times will be greatly improved. How will products be shipped to Mexico? From May 5, 2015, until the official launch into Mexico when customers in Mexico can join as Presenters, orders will be fulfilled in our Younique shipping distribution center in Lehi, Utah. How much will it cost to ship to Mexico? Before Younique officially launches into Mexico and customers in Mexico can join as Presenters, shipping will be a flat fee of $150 MXN for all orders. When will orders for customers in Mexico be shipped from within Mexico? Sometime after Younique has officially launched into Mexico (and customers in Mexico can join as Presenters), orders will be fulfilled from a distribution center within Mexico. What is the timeframe for products to be delivered to Mexico? Orders can take up to two weeks to be delivered. Delivery can take up to two weeks. Please refer to your Estafeta tracking number during this period. M ex ico Prel aunch S hi pping Frequently Asked Questions Will my package be opened at the border? Mexican customs officials may spot-check the contents of packages coming into the country. This customs process applies to all companies shipping into Mexico, not just Younique. Once we officially launch into Mexico and customers in Mexico can join as Presenters, orders will be fulfilled in Mexico and packages will not be subject to this process. Once in Mexico, will Younique still ship with Estafeta? Younique is currently considering in-country partners for Mexico. While many good partners exist, a partner has not yet been selected. Will a signature be required for each package delivery? Estafeta requires a signature for all deliveries. No package will be left without someone signing for it. After the second delivery attempt, the package will be left at an Estafeta retail location for 10 days for the customer to pick up. What happens to my package delivery when I’m not home? Estafeta will make two delivery attempts. A note will be left after each attempt. Upon the second delivery attempt, the second note left will indicate which nearby Estafeta retail location your package will be available for you to pick up. Packages will remain at the Estafeta retail location for 10 days and then returned to the Estafeta distribution center. Once an order has been returned to the Estafeta distribution center, you have exceeded your allowed 10 day order pick up period and no longer have the opportunity to pick up your order. Younique will not resend orders that are returned to the Estafeta distribution center and you will need to place a new order with Younique to receive your products. Where can I have my packages delivered? Packages can be delivered to a residence, a business, or an Estafeta retail center of your choice. Why don’t I have a tracking number yet? Tracking numbers won’t appear until your order reaches the Estafeta shipping facility in Texas. It can take up to six days from your order date for a tracking number to appear.
