15th National Inter-Schools’ Dragon Boat Championship 2015 29th May, 2015 Race Format (As of 27th May, 2015) The lane allocation of progression will be based on the finishing time result of Heats, Repechages or Semi-Finals. The team with best finish time will be allocated to lane #3, followed by lane #4, #2, #5, #1 and #6. 200M - May 29 DB22 Division 'B' Boys' Teams Round 1 Round 2 Final 5 Ranked by time. Seed into Fast Lanes in Round 2 Ranked by time R1 time + R2 time. Seed into Fast Lanes in Final Rounds - There is no disqualification in Rounds. If a team being awarded with disqualification status due to any reason or no show in Round 2, the time of that team will be added 5 extra seconds to the slowest team in the Round. Race lane allocation: 1. The Round 1 race lane draw will be conducted at Team Manager briefing. 2. The Round 2 race lane will be allocated based on the finishing time in Round 1. 3. The Final race lane will be allocated based on the accumulated finishing time In Round 1 and Round 2. 4. 1st, 2nd and 3rd winning teams in Final will be presented with medals. 5. 4th and 5th in Final will be presented with certificates. The Heats race lane draw will be conducted at Team Manager briefing. 2. The Repechage race lane will be allocated based on the finishing time in Heats. 3. The winners in Heats will be allocated in priority, i.e. winner with best time in Heat will be allocated to Lane 3. 4. 1st, 2nd and 3rd winning teams in Final will be presented with medals. 5. 4th, 5th and 6th in Final will be presented with certificates.
