Free training for volunteers who support
vulnerable adults in Derbyshire
Do you volunteer or are you thinking of volunteering?
Then this course is for you!
There are 5 sessions, which cover:
• Equality & Diversity
• Safeguarding
• Health & Safety
• First Aid
• Person Centred Working
When you have finished training you will be awarded a certificate and a Volunteer Passport
photo ID badge.
Courses are run at South Derbyshire CVS in Swadlincote and other locations around South
Derbyshire. Don’t worry if you can’t make one of the sessions – you can complete it on the
next programme.
