This 2-day workshop is designed to provide hands-on
experience on statistical data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
Topics are chosen from questionnaire design, applied
probability, sampling, hypothesis testing, regression, analysis of
variance, categorical data analysis, and non-parametric
statistics. The key objectives of the workshop are:

To explain the researchers the importance of designing a
good questionnaire and its importance in conducting
research.
To demonstrate how a quality questionnaire can be designed
and tested using the most effective steps available in the
literature as well as those constructed based on the
expertise of the resource persons.
To understand how a statistical tool has to be selected and
learn all the steps to be followed in the selection process.
To expose the participants how Microsoft Excel can alone
help them in data analysis and train them on the templates
specially designed.
To train them on applying the statistical tools on the data
sets independently.
To provide an opportunity to all the participants to get their
doubts clarified by eminent scholars.
