packed lunch for this day.
Your child must be in full school uniform - this
includes sensible walking shoes and a warm coat
with a hood.
Parents and carers MUST complete and return
the school trip consent form.
Your child/children WILL NOT be able to attend
the trip if they do not have these requirements.

June from 9:15am - 2:45pm.
Your child will need to bring a packed lunch for
this day with plenty of water. Sports clothing
should also be worn on this day.

Lateness
There has been a dramatic rise in the number of
late children arriving to school each day.
Pleas ensure that your child/children arrive to
school promptly for 8:45am. The playground
doors close at 8:50am and your child is late after
this time and has to enter via the school office.

Itinerary for the day
Please note that the children ARE
allowed to bring £10 MAXIMUM
SPENDING MONEY.
Please ensure that your child is
wearing the correct uniform and have a
coat with a hood.
* Leaving school at 11:30am *
* Travelling by tube into London *
* When the children arrive in London they will
have lunch in a nearby park *
* The Theatre production starts at 2:30pm and
runs for 2 and a half hours *
* Return to school at approximately 7:00pm *
Polite Notice
School Trip Consent Forms
Please can parents/carers not walk across the
field whilst lessons are commencing.
This is distracting for the children in the
classrooms situated by the field.
Thank you for your co-operation.
Please ensure that consent forms are
completed and returned to the class
teacher. Without the form returned
your child will not be able to attend the
school trip.
Payments
Parents and carers please ensure that any
outstanding payments for Summer 1 and 2 After
School Clubs are paid. Your child/children WILL
NOT be able to attend their club after half term if
outstanding payments are not cleared. The
deadline for these payments is Sunday May 31st.
Please ensure that Magic Breakfast payments are
up to date.

Your child will not be able to attend the
residential if we have not received the
form.
Parent Governors
We are always striving for ways to improve our
communication with parents. Miss O'Connor has
been working hard to recruit for our Parent
Forum- thank you to all the parents who have
volunteered to be part of this. We are also
looking at electing Parent Governors. If you are
interested in becoming a Parent Governor you
can make an appointment to meet with Miss
Leicester via the Office or collect an information
leaflet also available from the Office.

Extra letter re-prints
Parents and carers please note that there is a
cost of 5p per letter for every reprint.
If you require another copy of a letter then please
come to the office and request a new letter.
