The Manager of Compliance and Regulatory Services, SAE Southern, is responsible for managing
SAE’s compliance submissions and regulatory reporting. This role maintains a current register of
compliance schedules for SAE Southern to ensure timely and accurate completion. The Manager of
Compliance and Regulatory Services has an expert knowledge of tertiary education compliance and
related legislation and agencies especially in Australia – TEQSA, ASQA, and Commonwealth
Department of Education. This role is required to liaise with key regional and campus leadership in
the provision of compliance and regulatory advice.
Essential Selection Criteria:

Demonstrable compliance and regulatory experience in tertiary
education

Expert knowledge of relevant legislation with particular knowledge of
Australian regulatory frameworks

Hold tertiary qualifications and relevant work experience

Possess superior interpersonal and communication skills

Superior administrative expertise

High level interpersonal and written communication skills

Analysis and problems solving skills

Strong administration skills – organised, systems oriented with a
meticulous attention to detail

Ability to build relationships with all levels of the organisation


Primary Objective:
The Manager of Compliance and Regulatory Services, SAE Southern, is responsible for managing SAE’s compliance
