This role maintains a current register of compliance schedules for SAE Southern to ensure timely and accurate completion. The Manager of Compliance and Regulatory Services has an expert knowledge of tertiary education compliance and related legislation and agencies especially in Australia – TEQSA, ASQA, and Commonwealth Department of Education. This role is required to liaise with key regional and campus leadership in the provision of compliance and regulatory advice. Compliance & Regulatory Services Effectively manage and coordinate all compliance submissions to regulatory authorities as required timely and accurate regulatory submissions Report against agreed KPIs Ensure SAE complies with Australian & Southern SAE Tertiary Education Regulations Regular and systematic review of regulatory compliance informed by accurate and effective record keeping Ensure regular, expert professional development in administration and services is provided to SAE student services staff Regular staff development Stakeholder feedback Maintaining accurate and current record of regulatory compliance for SAE Southern Liaise with SAE Southern Campus leadership teams Professional and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders including all regulatory authorities and organisations. Monitor compliance of SAE publications and policies 2. Policy Management Development, implementation and maintenance of efficient and effective student administration and support systems to ensure consistent practices are undertaken at all SAE Southern campuses Assist the DASS and Executive as directed. Participate in the Quality Assurance processes of SAE Membership and participation in SAE Committees as required Adhere to all workplace policies and procedures Effective and timely reporting of student metrics as directed and other regulatory indicators 2
