Does this work in Seattle?
•  The federal tax credit, which returns 30% of the system cost on your next tax return •  Net metering, the state policy that makes your electric meter a two-‐way street and lets you pay only for your NET usage at the end of each billing period •  The state producBon incenBve (totally separate from net metering), which pays up to 54 cents for every kWh produced through June of 2020, regardless of whether you use it (Cap is at $5000 per year) •  Recent drops in solar equipment pricing •  The 100% state sales tax exempBon for systems up to 10 kW, and 75% exempBon for systems over 10 kW •  Can take a 5 year accelerated depreciaBon of 85% of the cost of the system (businesses only) LEED GOLD and System
