Keynote & Level I training by Phil Boyte
Sessions specifically designed for your student council members and various club officers.
Not designed for graduating seniors.
Junior high and high school sessions will be separate.
Registration fee includes: all sessions, doughnuts, juice, lunch, & entertainment.

Leadership by levels:
8:00 – 8:30 Registration/Doughnuts & juice
8:30 – 8:50 Welcome
8:50 – 11:35 Leadership Training by levels & Keynote
11:35 – 12:15 Lunch/DJ/Dancing
12:20 – 2:00 Afternoon sessions/keynote and closing
Middle School Leadership by Levels:
Level I Leader – new/beginner leaders
Level II Leader – experienced/returning leaders
High School
Level I Leader-first year leader actually doing the
work independently or cooperatively with others.
Level II Leader– students who serve as managerscoaching, teaching, organizing, or coordinating the
work of others. They include class secretaries,
treasurers, committee chairs, commissioners, first
time club officers.
Level III Leader - leaders who oversee,
coordinate, coach, and serve as resources for the
Level II leaders. They include Presidents and
Vice Presidents who are responsible for keeping
groups on course. Also club Presidents who have
held leadership roles in the past. Available to HS
only.

NOTE FOR ADVISORS: Your presence during the conference is required. All conference attendees must be accompanied by their advisor. All
attendees are to stay on the conference site throughout the day. This conference is designed for students who will be in leadership positions at your
school next year. It is not intended for graduating students. During the course of this CADA/CASL activity, participants may be photographed and/or
videotaped by the CADA/CASL organization. These photos and videos may be used for the promotion of this or other CADA/CASL events or for
training purposes. Please note that by registering your students for this conference, you give consent for their photographs to be taken and used. Thank
