Payoneer Prepaid Travel MasterCard ® card
The Prepaid Card works just like any other prepaid card and can be used wherever MasterCard ®
cards are accepted

How Do I Start?
Sign Up to receive a Prepaid Travel MasterCard® card
Your travel program organizer will send you an email that includes a “Sign Up” link, which will
forward you to the Payoneer Sign Up page. Click on Sign Up at the bottom of the page.
Please note! Delivery time of the Payoneer card can take up to six weeks.
Make sure to register for Payoneer as soon as possible to avoid any issues with card arrival.
Please note! During registration, please use the name and personal details of either
the traveler or the parent. Do not combine personal details of diﬀerent people.
Next, ﬁll out the three registration steps as required on the page.
When your card application is approved, a conﬁrmation e-mail including the
estimated arrival date is sent to you. Payoneer Prepaid Travel MasterCard ® cards are shipped
via standard international mail, free of charge.
Activate Your Card
After receiving your Prepaid Travel MasterCard ® card, go to the Payoneer website:
www.payoneer.com. Under “Support Center” and click Activate Card.

Enter the username (your email) and password you selected during registration, and click log
in. Afterwards, follow the steps as required.
Don’t forget to Sign Out once you’ve completed your online session.
Loading Funds to Card
To load funds onto your Payoneer Prepaid Travel MasterCard® card go to the Payoneer website www.payoneer.com. Under “Receive and Withdraw” click on Credit Card Loading or you
can go directly to: https://load.payoneer.com/LoadToPage.aspx.
On the Private Loading page, click “Load Money to Your Card”:
There are two ways to load your Payoneer Prepaid Travel MasterCard® card:

You can load the card using a Visa or MasterCard credit/debit card. This can take up to
three business days.
If the Payoneer cardholder is a US resident, you will also be able to load the card via US
Direct Deposit (bank transfer). This can take up to ﬁve business days.

Please note your Payoneer Prepaid Travel MasterCard ® card balance is at the top of the
page, and you can also search for transactions by date.
How to Report a Lost or Stolen Card
If the card has been lost or stolen, please notify the trip organizer as soon as
possible. It can be immediately disabled and a replacement Payoneer Prepaid Travel MasterCard® card will be provided within 24 hours.
The trip organizer will be travelling with replacement cards that can be immediately
provided and all available funds on the lost/stolen card will be funded to the replacement card.
A replacement card must be activated. To activate a replacement card and replace funds, call
Customer Support.
