Volunteer Opportunities:
One Day a Month
Greetings:
Volunteers are an integral part of the Colorado
community, providing a valuable service to our
neighborhoods, schools, health facilities, and community
organizations. By generously donating their time
and talents to people in need, volunteers positively
impact the quality of life of others and strengthen the
community. Whether educating children, aiding the ill,
enriching culture, protecting the environment, or feeding
the hungry, your favorite organization needs your help.

Volunteer Resources
Volunteer Fest
Colorado volunteers make a positive difference in
communities all around the State. In 2011, more than 1.3
million people in Colorado volunteered more than 156.6
million hours of service contributing more than $3.3
billion in value to communities and organizations around
the state. Not only did organizations benefit from this
contribution, many volunteers gained valuable work experience leading to employment.
Contacts

to serve in nonprofit organizations and government agencies throughout Colorado. Serve Colorado also
