Second, on your ipad (or other non-computer device), go to www.zipform.com
and click on the Pro version.
You can now sign in zipForm® mobile! Once you
sign in, you never have to enter your username and
password again.
Working with current transactions
1. A list of your transactions will appear.
2. Then click on Edit
3. Start editing the documents in the fillable fields

2. Put in the buyer name, choose the type of transaction, and then choose the
appropriate template.
3. Add other zipForm® forms that are not in your template by choosing from
the form library, then choosing the form.

This is a great feature to sign both with “wet” sign and electronic signatures.
1. Choose the Signatures tool.
2. Choose Sign With TouchSign ™
3. Choose the documents you want.
4. Put in client’s name and email.

Docusign for ipad
Docusign is $15-$20 +/month. Once you
create and username and password, you can
now download Docusign in the app store, put in your username and
password, and start using electronic signatures.
First, you must purchase it from www.zipform.com for $13/year. (prorated until
May of each year)
Second, on your ipad (or other non-computer device), go to www.zipform.com
and click on the Professional version, where it will actually take you to the
mobile edition.
Everything that was on your Professional (online) version will
now be transferred to the mobile edition. For zipForm®
documents, Docusign will recognize where your client has to
sign and initial. For non-zipForm® documents, you need to
send to Docusign by emailing to [email protected] . All
documents can now be found in the Drafts section of the New
Envelope.
Just like any electronic signature, these “sigs” are not accepted by Fannie, REO
or short sale banks.

Directions:
1. Get a list of your transactions
2. If these are zipForm® documents, then
they will already be tagged. If the docs
are non-zipForm® docs that were
brought over by emailing to
[email protected], then you have to
tag where your client has to initial and
sign on your own.
3. Tag non-zipForm® documents by
touching on Signature, initial, etc
and touching on the place you want to tag.

This is a $10 program that will also allow you to get real “wet” sigs on
all documents, as well as manipulate PDF documents. This can be done
with all zipForm® or non-zipForm® documents. From any document,
convert into PDF Expert.
Directions:
1. Convert by Open in…

Once in PDF Expert, choose the pen feature.

Choose the color, the thickness and opacity.
