WHAT EMPLOYER’S WANT
After the initial filter, we always read the cover letter first. If
it grabs our attention and mentions both reasons for
applying to McDonald’s and relevant experiences then we
move onto the CV. The cover letter is probably the biggest
part of our review as it captures our initial attention.
There is loads of relevant information on our website
which could give candidates reasons for applying and
writing this on their cover letter instantly shows they have
taken the effort to complete some research on our brand.
