Introduction
It’s amazing that something as important as exercise is often difficult for people to do. And it
certainly isn’t about money (although people often think it is).
Why are so many people unsuccessful at getting in shape, maintaining their good
fitness or losing weight?
I believe it’s because of a couple things…
For example…

It can be very tiring and time consuming to exercise.

Eating fast food is quicker and easier than making your own food.

It takes a lot of dedication and will power not to eat unhealthy, good tasting sweet or
dessert foods.
There are some keys to getting in shape though, such as: visualizing yourself enjoying the
exercise, whether it’s lifting weights, jogging, or even eating healthy (for some people that might
be an exercise…).
And…here’s a secret…because people are drawn towards things they actually enjoy, one of the
best things you can do is engage your subconscious in the process. If your subconscious mind
believes you like those things, it will make sure you do them as often as possible!
It’s quite simple when you really think about it.
This e-book is designed to support you in enjoying every aspect of getting in shape, losing
weight, getting healthy, building muscle, and generally living longer.
www.MiraclesCoaching.com
6
It’s one of my favorite subjects…and I can’t wait to get started!
How about you?
www.MiraclesCoaching.com
7
The Fitness Attraction Formula
Visualization is the 1st step in the Fitness Attraction Formula.
Visualization is limited only by your imagination…so don’t ever allow it to limit you…
Always keep in mind that the possibilities are endless!
In fact, that’s what I want to show you here as you continue on…why limit yourself when there
are all kinds of ways to play in the world?
Humans can get so stuck…sigh…
(Anyway…that’s a whole other e-book…)
For now, you can visualize yourself:

Doing an exercise

Eating a healthy food (even less of an unhealthy one)

Playing a fitness sport
The 2nd step is to link positive feelings, benefits and descriptions to the fitness actions before you
do them.
I can’t stress this enough…
A lot of people make the mistake of only visualizing without adding any emotional links or a
“why” to it.
www.MiraclesCoaching.com
8
And guess what?
Like the saying goes, you can’t fool Mother Nature…and you can’t fool yourself. You’ve got to
do the work to back up the visualization…
Here are some examples of what I mean:

Imagine enjoying doing sit-ups

Picture eating a delicious salad

Visualize playing a fun game of football

See yourself being happy about losing weight
These types of visualizations will actually help you feel motivated to get fit and to exercise…as
well as inspire you to stay on a healthy diet.
It doesn’t have to be hard and difficult to get into shape and maintain it…it can be fun and easy!
That’s the goal here…
In the rest of this e-book, I’ve given you exercises with all kinds of amazing words and phrases
that will help you create your own visualizations for attracting a fit body, quickly and easily.

Words and Phrases That Stimulate the Imagination
As a writer, I’ve not only written books and books and, yes, more books…but I’ve written a lot
of hypnotic copy for myself and others.
To do this, you have to be familiar with how various words make people feel…and believe me,
the right word at the right time can make all the difference in the world!
Play with me here…and grab a pen and paper…maybe a cup of tea or coffee…relax…
Exercise #1
Close your eyes and take a couple of deep breaths…then open them and read each word slowly
several times.
The point of this exercise is to pay attention to your energy and thoughts as you say them and to
see if you can distinguish energetically between them. Notice which ones make you feel
good…or feel a certain way.
Then, the ones that spark you the most…write those down.
We’ll circle back to them…

Words and Phrases for Enjoyment
Ok, so you should have a list of words, right?
In this exercise, I want you to do the same thing I described before but with a slightly different
focus.
Exercise #2
Close your eyes and take a couple of deep breaths…then open them and read each word slowly
several times. Again, the point of this exercise is to pay attention to your energy and thoughts as
you say them and to see if you can energetically distinguish between them.
But this time…notice which ones make you feel good…and also which ones you feel weak in.
Like before, write them down, in a two-column format: one for “Feels Good” and one for “Feels
Weak.”

Words and Phrases for Fitness Benefits
Now here’s a list I really like…
These are things I like to say to myself for my subconscious mind to really take hold of and
produce results for!
Exercise #3
Using the lists from the previous exercises…start to construct simple…but
meaningful…statements.
For example: Let’s say in the first list you have the word “reminisce” written down as a word
that lit you up. And, in the second list, a positive word for you is “pleasure.” Taking both of these
words, and one from the following list, write a sentence.
You might say something like, “I often ruminate about the pleasure I get from body building.”
On the other hand, let’s take the same sentence and put in a word that was from your “weak” list.
In this case we’ll choose “passionate.”
Your sentence could then say, “I often ruminate on how passionate I feel about body building.”
These should feel really fun to do! They work like magic to expand thinking and get us out of the
ruts we get in in our thinking.

Words and Phrases for Specific Exercises
In this section, I’ve combined a list of exercises…
Certainly, this is not all that is possible, but I wanted to make a really comprehensive list to get
your mind in action.
And you in action… 
Seriously…just reading a list like this should make you realize how many kinds of things there
are to do! There’s no reason to EVER be bored with an exercise routine…
Exercise #4
Your job is to find 15 exercises you’ve never done but you would like to know how to do them.
You might try looking on YouTube…or researching somewhere else online.
And, if you’re really in the spirit…find 25!
Then…here’s the challenge I offer you:
Make a routine using 8 of the exercises you researched. (You can substitute the words machine,
band or ball if you find you don’t have access to something you need…remember…keep it
simple and FUN!)

Words and Phrases That Describe
The brain LOVES cool words…words that light it up!
Sadly, we often use the same old boring words over and over and over and over and over and
over…
See what I mean?
Have you ever thought about using a word to describe how you feel when you exercise…or
when you think about exercising?
I didn’t think so.
So here’s…
Exercise #5:
Take the exercise routine you created in Exercise #4 and visualize yourself going through it 3
times. Then, write a sentence about how you feel after doing that routine…using different words
from the list below.
Remember, the words have to light you up!
An example would be: “My ability to do the routine was impressive and I felt magnificent after
doing it.”

Words and Phrases for Eating
Now here’s an interesting list…these are words associated with eating!
The exercise for this is to just read the words slowly and ask yourself if you can relate to any of
them as something you do (for good or bad).
In this case the whole point is to bring awareness to your thoughts and actions associated with
eating.

Words and Phrases for Food
If you’re like me, you love good food!
On the other hand, maybe you are a “picky” eater…or just have a smaller repertoire of foods you
eat.
What I find is that the more you travel, the more opportunities you have to try new things (and
sometimes the more you eat!)…but you don’t have to travel to experience all the amazing foods
there are…
My goal here is to, just like we did with the list of exercises, open your eyes to the plethora of
foods you may not be exposed to or choosing.
And…to help you distinguish energetically between some of the ones you eat that aren’t so good,
perhaps, and compare that to all the other things possible.
Exercise #6
You need a timer for this one. You get one minute per task so you don’t overthink it. You’ll also
need three highlighters of different colors.
Ok, pick a highlighter and begin by setting the timer for 60 seconds. Then race through the list
and mark everything you eat now, generally speaking.
Next, with another highlighter, set the timer for 60 seconds and quickly go through the list again
marking only things you’ve eaten once but remember liking (or don’t remember, but you did try
it).
Last, with the remaining highlighter, set the timer for 60 seconds and mark everything you have
never eaten but would be willing to try.
www.MiraclesCoaching.com
23
When you’re done, look at the ratios. Do you eat more than you’re willing to try? Or do you
have a small, narrow food range you normally eat from? How many foods have you actually
tried at least once?
Again, this exercise is for your brain…the subconscious part to notice what is really happening
in your food choices! Often, just by seeing the truth of things we begin to make beneficial
adjustments.

This is the last list…but I love this one! Talk about a fun list to create…

But things like ocean rowing or cave diving sound fascinating! There are so many sports and
activities (and I have barely scratched the surface of them on a global scale).
Don’t miss out in life…try new things!

Your task is to find the most weird sport, maybe something either you’ve never heard of or it
sounds ridiculously fun (or just ridiculous) and find out more about it. Find out if it goes on in
your area, for example. See if there’s a MeetUp group around (www.meetup.com).

Conclusion
I hope you’ve had a fantastic time here…I know I have…
I don’t know about you, but I’ve found a whole lot more things I can try in life to attract a
healthier, more fit lifestyle.
It’s inspiring and fun to open our minds to what’s really going on…both within us and outside
us…things we’re doing and things we’re not doing.
Remember, humans love story…
We live in story…
So when you want to create change in your life, tell the best story you can using the most
vibrant, rich, and meaningful words available to you.
The subconscious will then go to work for you to bring that story into a reality.
I’ve made amazing changes in my own life, including my health and weight, this very way…and
I highly encourage it!
The bottom line…
Go out and have fun…and a richer life!

About the Author
Dr. Joe Vitale is the author of far too many books to mention here. Here are just a few of
them:
He wrote the bestseller, The Attractor Factor: 5 Easy Steps for Creating Wealth (or
anything else) from the inside out. It became a #1 bestseller twice, even beating the latest Harry
Potter book.
He also wrote Life’s Missing Instruction Manual: The Guidebook You Should Have Been
Given at Birth. It, too, became a #1 bestseller and was picked up by WalMart.
One of his most popular titles, Zero Limits: The Secret Hawaiian System for Wealth,
Health, Peace, and More reflects an ancient Hawaiian practice, known as Ho'oponopono. A fan
favorite, Joe has hosted multiple live events on the subject, nation-wide, and he has created quite
a following on this title alone.
Besides all of his books, Joe also recorded the #1 bestselling Nightingale-Conant audio
program, The Power of Outrageous Marketing. Additionally, he's also recorded the following
audio programs for Nightingale-Conant, to name a few, The Awakening Course, The Missing
Secret, The Secret to Attracting Money, The Abundance Paradigm, The Ultimate Law of
Attraction Library and his latest, The Zero Point.
Joe has also been in several movies, including the blockbuster “The Secret.” He's been on
the following TV shows: Larry King Live, Donny Deutsch's "The Big Idea," CNN, CNBC, CBS,

ABC, Fox News: "Fox & Friends" and Extra TV. He's also been featured in The New York Times
and Newsweek.
One of his more recent accomplishments includes being the world's first self-help singersongwriter as seen in 2012's Rolling Stone Magazine®. To date, he has released 6 albums!
Several of his songs were recognized and nominated for the Posi Award, regarded as “The
Grammys of Positive Music.”
He created a Miracles Coaching® program and helps people achieve their dreams by
understanding the deeper aspects of the law of attraction and the law of right action. This man
was once homeless but today is a bestselling author who believes in magic and miracles.
