1) Set up [email protected] as a safe sender in your email application. Here are the
processes to use for several popular email applications:
Setting up Safe Senders in Hotmail
To set up Safe Senders in Hotmail, follow these steps:
 Select “Options | More Options…” from the Windows Live Hotmail toolbar (or just Options if
you use Windows Live Hotmail classic)
 Follow the “Safe and blocked senders” link under “Junk e-mail”
 Click “Safe senders”
 Type “yourshoutbox.com”
 Click “Add to list”
Setting up Safe Senders in Yahoo Mail
To set up Safe Senders in Yahoo Mail, follow these steps:
 From your Yahoo mailbox screen, click “Addresses”
 Click “Add Contact” from the drop-down box
 Enter the email address “[email protected]” in the Email field

Click “Save”
Setting up Safe Senders in GMail
To set up Safe Senders in GMail, follow these steps:
 In your GMail Inbox, click the “Contacts” link in the column under the GMail logo
 Click “+” to add a New Contact
 Enter the email address “[email protected]” in the Email field

Click “Save”
Setting up Safe Senders in AOL Webmail
To set up Safe Senders in AOL WebMail, follow these steps:





Click on the “Addresses” tab in the upper right corner of the Mailbox window
Click on the “New” dropdown menu and select “New Contact”
Enter the email address “[email protected]” in the Screen Name field
Click “Save”
AOL 8 (and higher) requires that you open an email from [email protected] and
then click on the “Add Address” icon.
Setting up Safe Senders in Microsoft Outlook
To set up Safe Senders in Microsoft Outlook, follow these steps:
 Select “Actions | Junk E-mail | Junk E-mail Options…” from the menu in Outlook
 Go to the “Safe Senders” tab and click “Add…”
 Type in the domain name “yourshoutbox.com”
 Click “OK”
 Click “OK” again

If you already have a message from [email protected] in your Outlook Inbox (or,
possibly, the Junk E-mail folder), the steps are:
Open the message
Select “Actions | Junk E-mail” and then “Add Sender to Safe Senders List” or “Add Sender’s
Domain to Safe Senders List”
2) Open the Intentions window by clicking the Intentions button:
3) In the window that appears, click the “Create an account” button:

4) Choose a username and password, and a valid email address as shown below. The username
and password are both case-sensitive, so note where you use capital letters versus lower case
letters. Click OK.

5) You will then see a message telling you to check your email to activate the account:

6) Check your email inbox for a message from Support Team at YourShoutbox.com
[[email protected]]. If you did not set as a “safe sender” as described in step 1, the
message may be in your junk email folder. The message will appear as follows. Click one of the
links in the email message to activate your account:
Hello,
Thank you for registering at one of the shoutboxes from YourShoutbox.com. Now you have to
activate your account.
To complete the registration process, please follow the link: activate your account.
If you have problems accessing the link, you might also copy and paste the following URL in
your browser:
http://www2.yourshoutbox.com/users/sb_activate/49593/7895625231

7) After you click the link, a browser window will open to confirm your successful activation:

8) Go back to the Intentions window and click the orange Sign In button in the upper right:
9) Enter the username you chose (not your email address) and password, then click the gray
Sign in button next to the password box. Remember that the username and password are both
case-sensitive (so if your username is Bob123, for example, do not type in bob123).

10) Once you’ve successfully signed in, you will see a text box which reads, “Enter your prayer
intention here”. Type your intention in the box and select the “Enter” or “Return” or “Go” key
on your keyboard to add your intention.
11) That’s it! If you have trouble, send a description of your problem to
[email protected] for help.
