How to recruit a Best Western Rewards member! To collect Best Western Rewards Insider points for new enrolments, employees must be enrolled themselves via Member Web and have a 3-digit enrolment number. Once the employee has been entered into Member Web, they will receive a 3-digit employee code (see section entitled ‘How to enrol your Employees’). Using this code an employee can enrol a guest into Best Western Rewards via Member Web. GCCI Insider 13 Step 1 - The guest needs to complete a Best Western Rewards enrolment form. Please ensure they complete all the fields, including: • All address fields • Email address and contact fields • • Data protection boxes Ensure they sign the formto agree to the Best Western Rewards terms and conditions.
