Professional
For the initial cleaning, wipe your board with a clean cloth
moistened with Bi-office cleanser-spray cleanser or use
our Bi-office tissues cleaners. Rinse with clear water and
wipe dry with a clean cloth. This step is simple but very
important.
Use only dry erase markers. NEVER using ballpoint pens
and sharp objects as this will cause permanent damage.
NEVER use an abrasive cleaner or glass cleaner on your dry
erase board. This will remove the finish and decrease the
erasability of your board. Water is not an effective cleaner
because most dry erase markers are water resistant.

Regular cleaning should be done with a felt eraser. Wait
until the ink is completly dry on the board. Wipe it in a
circular slow motion to loosen marker residue.. THIS STEP
IS VERY IMPORTANT. If some residue still subsides draw
over the lines with a dry erase marker. If the stainded area
is large, spray Bi-office cleanser on the stain and wipe clean.
Wash erasers with warm soap and water. Let the eraser dry
completely before fluffing up the nap. Replace eraser when
nap is worn out.
