How to pass MU test with ICARE Complete the MU Questionnaire if you do not have a Secure File Transfer Protocol (sFTP) or Web Services User ID with the Illinois Comprehensive Automated Immunization Exchange ( I-CARE ). This information is needed before you can begin testing for Meaningful Use (MU) with the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH).
