The ability to structure the acquisition in a tax-efficient manner can provide benefits for years to come by maximizing future tax write-offs and minimizing taxes on an eventual sale. Buying a business involves complex legal issues, the importance of which is often not fully understood. In his presentation, Don will address many of these legal issues and explain them in a clear and understandable manner.
