Tools Required: 1x screw driver 1x10mm spanner 1x soft mallet Step 1: Remove the front marker assembly from the tank spray head mounting assembly (GL8011) by unscrewing the grip screws M6 x 40 (GL8034) at the bottom of the Front marker assembly. Store the Front Marker assembly in a safe location. Step 2: Fit the front support brackets onto the tank spray head mounting assembly using the M6 x 12 pan slot bolt (GL8013) from the tank spray head mounting assembly and attach left (GLA5011) and right (GLA5012) front support brackets to the tank spray head mounting assembly. Push the black tube retainers (GLS6006) onto the metal bar of theTank spray head mounting assembly using a soft mallet. Step 3: Placing Go_Line 30 line marker on to its side, open up the bottom cover plate by unscrewing the M6 x 12 pan slot bolt. Use the M6 x 30 Hex Bolt (GL8009) plated screw to fasten the Rear end support tube (GLA5004) onto the tank moulding (GL8027). Close the bottom cover plate with the M6 x 12 pan slot bolts and M6 x 19 x 1.6 flat washers (GL8064). Step 4: Connect the Spray boom end tubes (GLA5000) by inserting the spray boom centre (GLA5001) into the spray boom end tubes. Fasten with no.6 x 9.5 pan-pozi self tappers (GLS6007). Push the spray boom end tubes onto the tube retainers (GLS6006) to hold in place. Fit the DCV mounting collar (GLA5013) with DCV spray nozzle (GL7013) attached onto the connected spray boom end tube. Fasten with Grip-screw M6x40. 1. Connect the Poly 8mm Blue tube (GL8056) into the clear 8mm clear thickwall tube (GL8063) pushed over the DCV from spray nozzle. Connect the Poly 8mm Blue tube into front of 4 way coupler/equal cross (GLA5015). Clamp with Hose clamp (GL8067) 2. Push the Poly 8mm Blue tube into both left and right side of 4 way coupler/equal cross 3. Push a piece of Poly 8mm Blue tube into the 8mm clear thickwall tube extending from the Go_Line 30 tank. Push the Poly 8mm Blue tube into back of 4 way coupler/equal cross. Clamp with Hose clamp. Step 5: To keep the athletics marker in place connect the spray boom stiffeners (GLA5008) to the spray boom end tube and the spray boom rear support tube using the M6 x 50 bolt (GLA5014) with two M6 washer plated (GL8007), 2x saddle washers (GL8006) and 1x M6 nut nyloc (GL8020). . Step 6: Before using the marking liquid in the machine bleed all three nozzles by letting out air. To bleed open the DCV cap (red) and spray water through machine. Water will spray out from cap. Close cap while pump running.
