HOW TO COMPLETE A DHL WAYBILL
The courier company will not accept your parcel if the form is not completed in full with a
valid order number. (You must attach a hard copy of the order form to the waybill)
For your convenience please see waybill with relevant numbers.
The following must be completed on the waybill:
1. UP account number (305077657) or receivers account number
2. Your name (Very important)
3. Your order number (no order, no collection )
4. University of Pretoria
5. Your department and full address
6. Postal code
7. Your telephone number
8. Receiver’s company name (or contact person)
9. Full address of the recipient
10. Postal code of the recipient
11. Country where the parcel is going
12. Contact person
13. Telephone number of the recipient
14. Number of parcels
15. Full description of contents
16. Signature of sender and date
The driver of the Courier Company is not allowed to complete the waybill.
Send a copy of all waybills that are dispatch and received on a daily basis, together with a proof of the order for
which UP is responsible for payment, to the Postal Services.
