how to accept your grants/awards online TO ACCEPT YOUR GRANTS ONLINE, JUST FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS: STEP ONE: Log in to netbenefits.fidelity.com. If you are logging in for the first time you will be required to create a Personal Identification Number (PIN). Please click New User Registration on the login page and follow the prompts. If you have already completed your Fidelity Account® application online or by mail, please go to Step 2. Otherwise, you must now activate your account online. For online activation, click Activate under the “Savings and Retirement” section of the NetBenefitsSM home page. Then, click Complete the Application Online. Follow the prompts to complete the online activation process. Please note: You will not be able to accept your grants online until you activate your Fidelity Account. STEP TWO: Select the link for your Plan under the “Savings and Retirement” section of the NetBenefits home page. STEP THREE: Your unaccepted and accepted grants will appear on the “Summary” page. To accept a grant, click on either the Accept Grant or Decline Grant link. STEP FOUR: Before you can accept your grant, you must first read your plan documents. Indicate that you have read and agree to the plan documents by checking the box. To proceed with the acceptance of your grant, click Next. STEP FIVE: You must also read and agree to the grant agreement before accepting your grant. Indicate that you have read your grant agreement by checking the box. To proceed with accepting your grant, click the Accept button. Please note: Your acceptance of your grant will be final once you click this button. To cancel your acceptance, click on the Cancel link at the bottom of the page. This will return you to the “Summary” page, where you may begin the acceptance process again. No grants will be available to you until they are accepted. STEP SIX: After clicking Accept, you will arrive at the “Confirmation” page. Take note of your confirmation number and print this page for your records. You have now completed the acceptance process for your grant. If you have additional grants that need to be accepted, click again on the Accept Grant link at the left-hand Table of Contents section of the page. Repeat steps 2 through 6 in order to accept your other grants. After you have accepted your grant, the plan document and your grant agreement can be viewed again by going to your “Summary” page. Next to the grant you have just accepted, select the View Details link under “Action.” In the “Next Steps” box, you may click on the links to view the plan document and your grant agreement.
