How to accept your grants online To accept your grants online, just follow these easy steps: 1. Type netbenefits.com into your browser address bar and click the NetBenefits® Worldwide login. 2. If you are a new user, you will need to complete the new user registration and activate your account. Please note that you will not be able to accept your grants online if your account is not activated. You will be required to enter your: • Participant Number (provided by Fidelity Stock Plan Services) • Employee ID (provided by your employer) • Date of birth 3. Create a Password/PIN, create a security question, and click Submit. 4. Click Activate your Stock Plan Account now on the Plan Summary screen and follow the prompts to complete the online activation process. 5. Return to the Log In page, enter your Participant Number and PIN, and click Log In. 6. S elect the link for your Plan under the “Plan Summary” section of the NetBenefits® home page. T o accept a grant, click the Accept Grant link. 9. B efore you can accept your grant, you must read your plan documents. Indicate that you have read and agree to the plan documents by checking the box. To proceed with the acceptance of your grant, click Next. Screenshots are for illustrative purposes only. 10. Y ou must also read and agree to the terms of your Grant Agreement before accepting your grant. Indicate that you have read your Grant Agreement by checking the box, then click the Accept button. Please note: Your acceptance of your grant will be final once you click this button. To cancel your acceptance, click the Cancel link at the bottom of the page. This will return you to the Summary page, where you may begin the acceptance process again. The value of the grants will not be viewable to you until they are accepted. 11. After clicking Accept, you will arrive at the Confirmation page. Take note of your confirmation number, and print this page for your records. Screenshots are for illustrative purposes only. You have now completed the acceptance process for your grant. If you have additional grants that need to be accepted, click the Accept Grant link under “Act” on the left-hand navigation bar. Repeat steps 6 through 11 in order to accept your other grants.
