You will pay one charge even if you have to visit more than once and have more than one procedure to complete your care. Our Clinics do not accept Direct Payment. You will be invoiced at the end of treatment and given information on how to pay Whittington Health directly by Card or Cheque st (Prices correct at 1 April 2014) Band 1 £18.50 - for an examination, diagnosis (including xrays), and scale and polish Band 2 £50.50 - any care covered by the £17.50 PLUS any additional fillings, root treatment or extractions. Band 3 £219.00 - any care covered by the above PLUS more complex care such as crowns, dentures or bridges. **You may be exempt from treatment charges, if you are on certain benefits, ask at the time of making your appointment** If you want to comment, compliment or complain about any of our services • • • Speak directly to the people providing services to you.
