it?
• Is a prohibition on any communication regarding
a particular Request for Proposals (RFP),
Request for Letters of Interest (RLI), bid, or
other competitive solicitation between any
person who seeks a contract under the
competitive solicitation, including a potential
vendor or vendor’s representative, and any
County Commissioner and their staff, the
County Administrator and his staff, or any
person appointed by the County Commission to
the Selection Committee.
